A $3,000 deposit holds a wilderness slot and $1,500 holds a lodge-based or experience slot. Balance is due 1 June of the hunt year.
Deposits transfer to another season or another hunter through 1 June without penalty. After that date they are refundable only if we rebook the slot.
Hunters are responsible for their own Wyoming licence and tag. We file non-resident draw applications on your behalf at no charge and track every deadline for you.
We do not guarantee an animal and we will not pretend otherwise. We guarantee the country, the guides, the camp, and the days — and we do not shorten a hunt.
We require proof of trip and evacuation insurance for wilderness camps. We can recommend two carriers our hunters have actually claimed against.
